By placing an order with us, you agree to the communication terms outlined below.


1. Official Method of Communication

All customer service inquiries must be submitted via email to:

Email is the only authorized and official method of communication for:

  • Order inquiries

  • Order issues or claims

  • Modification requests

  • Shipping concerns

  • Refund or replacement requests

Communication through social media platforms, text messages, direct messages, or third-party messaging systems is not considered official customer service communication.


2. Required Information

All customer inquiries must include:

  • Full name used at checkout

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photo documentation (if applicable)

Failure to provide required information may result in delayed response or denial of request.


3. Business Hours & Response Time

Business Hours:
Monday – Friday: [8am-5pm]
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.

Messages sent outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

Multiple emails regarding the same issue may reset response time.


4. Order Changes & Time-Sensitive Requests

Order changes, rush requests, and modifications must be submitted via email and confirmed in writing by S&K Designs.

We are not responsible for:

  • Unseen messages

  • Messages sent to incorrect email addresses

  • Requests sent via social media

  • Time-sensitive requests not confirmed in writing

No changes can be made once production has begun.


5. Documentation & Dispute Protection

All communication regarding orders is documented and retained.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, S&K Designs reserves the right to submit:

  • Email correspondence

  • Order confirmations

  • Tracking confirmations

  • Proof of delivery

  • Approved proofs

as evidence in dispute proceedings.


6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor email, including spam or junk folders

  • Respond to proof approvals in a timely manner

  • Provide accurate contact information at checkout

S&K Designs is not responsible for delays caused by lack of customer response.
