Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
S&K Designs Custom Party Favors & Rentals
All products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the policies below.
1. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for:

Reviewing all spelling, dates, colors, quantities, and customization details before submitting their order

Carefully reviewing and approving proofs (if provided)

Entering the correct shipping address at checkout
Once an order is submitted and/or a proof is approved, production begins and no changes can be made.
S&K Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
2. Incorrect Items (Error on Our Part Only)
If you receive an item that does not match your approved order due to an error made by S&K Designs:

You must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery

Email must include:
-
Order number
-
Clear photos of the item received
-
Photo of the packaging
-
Photo of the shipping label
-
If the error is verified, we will determine whether to remake the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Damaged Items
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged:

You must report it within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:
-
The damaged item
-
The interior packaging
-
The exterior shipping box
-
The shipping label
-
Failure to provide all required photos will result in denial of the claim.
We are not responsible for minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality.
If damage occurred during transit, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. We will provide shipment documentation if needed but are not responsible for carrier mishandling.
4. Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a verified manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to heat, or normal wear):

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery

Photo proof is required
If verified, we will offer a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
5. Shipping, Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
S&K Designs is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
-
Weather delays
-
Operational or mechanical carrier issues

Peak season transit delays
-
Lost or stolen packages
-
Packages marked as delivered
-
Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
If a package is marked “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.
If a package is lost in transit:

The customer must file a claim directly with the carrier

We will provide shipping confirmation if needed
-
Replacement is not guaranteed
Signature confirmation may be requested prior to shipment for an additional fee.
6. Rush Orders & Event Date Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for placing orders with sufficient time before their event date.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for an additional fee and must be confirmed before purchase.
Please note:

Rush fees apply to production time only

Rush production does NOT guarantee shipping delivery dates

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier
We are not responsible for carrier delays under any circumstances.
Event Date Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ordering in time for their event.
We strongly recommend ordering:

3–4 weeks before your event for standard orders

Earlier during peak seasons (graduation, prom, holidays, etc.)
S&K Designs is not responsible for missed events due to:

Late ordering
-
Shipping delays
-
Address errors
-
Carrier-related issues
No refunds will be issued due to items arriving after an event date.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products:
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse
-
Event proximity
-
Shipping delays
-
Minor color variations (screen vs. print differences)

Customer-approved design errors
Refunds will only be considered if we determine we are unable to correct a verified error caused solely by S&K Designs.
Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Filing a chargeback for a custom item that matches approved order details constitutes a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to submit:

Order confirmations
-
Proof approvals
-
Communication records
-
Tracking confirmation
-
Proof of delivery
to dispute any chargeback claims.
